School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES) is an NDIS program that helps participants move from school to work and are available in the final years of school and directly after leaving school.
We are providing a new, holistic approach that gets participants TRULY job ready. Our program provides opportunities of a 5 day working week including 3 days of SLES, 1 day of a nationally recognised qualification & 1 day of Life Skills (additional fees apply).
Every student is welcome to personalise what days they would like to attend. We are flexible to you & your lifestyle!

Why is Phoenix the best choice?
We have been successfully running SLES Academy for three (3) years now.
There is no 'one size fits all' approach when it comes to what each participant needs. We are flexible to the wants, wishes & desires of all students & their families. Only want to do LifeSkills? No problem! Only want to complete the three SLES days? Absolutely! We will work alongside you to compliment your lifestyle.
We are a young, vibrant and fun local organisation that is community based and committed to youth services. By being smaller, we are able to give more to you, ensuring you are as supported as you need to be.
We give a holistic approach to our services and connect with professionals where possible. Collaborating with allied health professionals allows us to support you in the best way we can!
