The Sesh is for the over 18'ers who want to live life to the fullest.
Activities include (but certainly not limited to) footy games, Paint and Sip, band and bar nights, fancy dinners and the occasional cocktail making class. It is a place to let the hair down, enjoy spending time with our mates and learn independence and valuable life skills.
The Sesh runs every Saturday night, with times varying depending the activity for the evening.
The crew will need to bring their own money for dinner and drinks.
We work closely with participants, their families and formal supports such as OT's and Psychologists to provide a game plan on the goals they want to achieve.
This activity can be funded through an NDIS Plan. To ensure your place throughout the term, we highly encourage signing a services schedule.

In the spirit of reconciliation we acknowledge the dharawal people and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
