teens hub

The Basics

Every Friday 4.30pm - 8.30pm

Our Teens Hub is open to ages 12 - 17 years.

In our Teens Hub, we focus on building our social and emotional regulation skills with our fellow peers.  We provide a range of external activities such as Go-karting, Luna Park and Parkour. We also have a range of internal activities such as Table Tennis, our farmyard animals, Nintendo Switch, music, sports, yard games, bonfire and BBQ. It is the ultimate hangout zone for teens who just want to make some mates.

Currently due to our large numbers, spots are limited.

In collaboration with each family, every term we set 1 SMART goal for the young person to work towards during the Hub. This could be to start 3 conversations each week or buy dinner independently.

For NEW participants:

- Please check out the schedule below

- Enquire through our 'Contact Us' tab

For EXISTING participants:

-Please check your emails and our Hub Facebook group for booking information and Service Agreements/Schedule.

This activity can be funded through an NDIS Plan. To ensure your place throughout the term, we highly encourage signing a services schedule.

In the spirit of reconciliation we acknowledge the dharawal people and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
